The discussion pages are a hangover from the wiki. The test cases arei either obsolete or on qa.apertis.org now, the docs talk page is basically review comments that we don't want on the website. Signed-off-by:

During conversion, when we hit a dangling reference to a page that didn't exist, a placeholder was added for that page to allow Hugo to generate the site. We now want to remove these pages. - Test cases: Replaced with "obsolete test" page. - Old bug links: Converted to broken link. - Link to specs removed. - Links to yet-to-be-created release notes removed. We have further cases where we have both a `foo.md` an `foo/`. This results in `food.md` being hidden. Move `foo.md` to `foo/_index.md` so that all content is accessible, working on the assumption that the contents of `foo/` are sub pages. Signed-off-by:

Rewrite links to the test cases for their actual location and remove links to the now unusable templates. This allows the wiki category and templating pages, which no longer function as expected as it's no longer a wiki. The test case documentation is out-of-date, but rewriting this is out of scope. The test cases worked on the wiki by using mediawiki templating and server side redirects. Since we no longer have this templating and a good few more tests have been made obsolete since the redirects were setup, lets replace them by using the previously setup redirect layout. The tests were marked as obsolete if either the original templating marked them as deprecated or the proposed URL returned 404 from qa.apertis.org. Signed-off-by:

A wayward feature/bug in Hugo 0.63.1 results in the homepage being badly formatted: https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/issues/6805 This is rectified in 0.63.2, but the docker image for this does not exist yet. It seems that it is risky for us to depend on `latest` in the CI runner as this can result in unpredictable issues with the website. As the `stable` Hugo branch tracks the latest release, it wouldn't have helped us in this instance (the issue was present in the latest release) and this doesn't seemed to be tracked by the docker image registry. Lock to version 0.62.2, we will have to update this more manually on a regular basis. Signed-off-by:

Most of the user pages contain links to pages written by the user as some users took the convention of writing pages in their user areas before moving into a more suitable location once they had been reviewed. As this is no longer the expected workflow and the new site does not have the concept of users, remove these pages. Any pages with potential value as still in progress have been moved to branches which can be reviewed an merged properly in the future. Signed-off-by:
