We have previously added a "non-free" repository to hold firmware that is
necessary for the operation of various devices, but which doesn't meet
the licensing terms that we required in the other repositories. This
hasn't yet been documented. Add some documentation to explain why it
exists.

During manual testing additional configuration might need to be applied
as preconditions which are repeated across several tests. To simplify
this move them a common place inside the QA section.

Concept documents express an idea or plan on which Apertis is working,
and will shape its future. However, over time plans change and some
concept documents are not longer in the roadmap.

Since the ideas in those documents are still valid and there is value
in keep, them move them to a new "archive" section, so they can still be
accessed without confusing the audience.

The order of the jumpers on the board and their numbering do not line
up. This was mentioned in warnings on the setup page, but then the
jumper settings were listed incorrectly, even though the images appear
to be correct. Update the jumper link information to be correct.
