SK-AM62: Setup: Correct jumper settings

The order of the jumpers on the board and their numbering do not line
up. This was mentioned in warnings on the setup page, but then the
jumper settings were listed incorrectly, even though the images appear
to be correct. Update the jumper link information to be correct.
