Sometimes, "pactl list short sinks" doesn't give enough information
to determine which sink we want to use, then we have to use additional

The release notes for v2025pre and v2026dev0 show issue under "needs triage"
with but formating. Since those issue were already triaged, and to make it
clear to the audience their priority moved them to the right category.

Testing u-boot is crucial as it cannot be done in LAVA unless the lab is
updated. In this context, add a guide with useful pointers.

Since using transitive rebuild could lead to many rebuilds which don't add
much value, instead use direct rebuild to ensure packages in the direct
dependency chain are rebuild. Let the comment about transitive rebuilds
as it still applies and can be used with caution.

We have previously added a "non-free" repository to hold firmware that is
necessary for the operation of various devices, but which doesn't meet
the licensing terms that we required in the other repositories. This
hasn't yet been documented. Add some documentation to explain why it
exists.

During manual testing additional configuration might need to be applied
as preconditions which are repeated across several tests. To simplify
this move them a common place inside the QA section.
