We have had a instance of an external Apertis account holder using the
Apertis resources for unrelated, non-Apertis, uses. Add a clause to the
terms of use to make it clearer that this is not allowed.

After moving documents add aliases to avoid breaking external links. Also,
while doing that fix the formatting of aliases to be consistent across the
repo.

The amount of documents under guides have increased over time, making it
difficult to find information around different topics. To mitigate this
issue, split the section in subsections.

Make a few improvements on how docuements are referenced

First, avoid using full URL and let hugo do the work of getting it. Also,
try to avoid referencing section when possible to make it easier to move
documents to new sections.

When we change the kernel version, it is paramount that we update the
kernels metadata and scripts to reflect this new version or building
will fail in CI.

Normally when an item is closed, it’s supposed to point down (hinting at
the direction it would roll out), whereas an open item usually points up
(hinting at the fact it would roll up to just one line). Our current CSS
uses the reverse direction, which can be confusing to the readers. This
change inverts the direction of menu carets to the commonly used one.
