Normally when an item is closed, it’s supposed to point down (hinting at the direction it would roll out), whereas an open item usually points up (hinting at the fact it would roll up to just one line). Our current CSS uses the reverse direction, which can be confusing to the readers. This change inverts the direction of menu carets to the commonly used one. Signed-off-by:
