The resulting page has the title and the first section close together
which makes having the section name redundant. This patch removes the
section name.

This page describes a workflow utilising a simulator in the SDK to allow
the HMI to be run as if on a device for development. Based on the
description provided, it seems that the simulator was removed from the
16.03 release due to licensing issues. Additionally the description
describes a "Mildenhall plugin for Eclipse", which I suspect was a part of
the "apertis-eclipse-plugins", which haven't been available since before
v2019.

As this information is wildly out of date and doesn't seem to be supported
any longer, delete it as it's miss-leading.

The website currently has a page of "requirements" for Newport, the
download manager. This page lists a number of recommendations for
requirements were drawn up after the initial implementation and review of
Newport. Looking at the commit history for Newport, it seems that these
requirements have never been implemented. Newport is not widely used and
is part of the legacy application framework and thus isn't receiving any
development effort.

As this page doesn't reflect the reality of what's available or likely to be
available in Apertis, delete it.

We have a number of URLs on the website that point to the old wiki. Since
these documents have either moved or we can provide a more direct link,
update the URLs. This will improve our ability to check for broken links.

OSTree-based LXC container. This work became redundant, with the required

Most of the docs are under the "docs" directory. Whilst the "docs" still
need to be sorted into the new categories, by moving the remaining
document not in this directory into it and patching up links, we can
remove the documentation page. Hugo automatically creates an index page
for us, so this simplifies the website a little with no real loss.

We plan to move the concepts from designs.a.o to the website. To lay the
foundations for this move, move documentation that was on the old wiki and
referenced from designs.a.o into `concepts/`. As these were referenced by
the designs, take them to be of equal importance to that information.

Add an index page that briefly describes what the concepts constitute,
basically topics that have been researched but not necessarily
implemented. Fix up any links that pointed to the location of the old
"concept designs".

The system startup document is out of date. Provide a brief updated
description of the Apertis boot process and move to a new "architecture"
section. Split out the boot analysis into its own document and move to a
new "guides" section. Remove the previously performed optimisations as
these describe patched in changes that no longer appear to be a part
of Apertis.

The main page of the Apertis website was pointing at release schedules
of releases that had already been released and not pointing at the
currently released versions of Apertis. Whilst remedying this it became
apparent that we are storing the "current" versions in 3 different places
thus increasing the likelyhood that one will be missed on any update.

So:
- Merge the "release notes" and "release schedules" pages into a unified
  release page
- Point to this unified page and the current releases on the main page
- Update links as appropriate
- Add missing release schedules for next releases (with TBD dates for now)

The wiki markup made it so that fragment links needed to be named as per
the link name, thus enforcing the link test for such URLs started with a
hash. As we are not using a wiki anymore, this is not the case and we can
clean out the hashes to make the text more readable.

There are a number of badly formatted links that don't point correctly to
resources or point to resources that aren't available. Where possible
correct the links, if this is not possible remove or neuter the link to
preserve as much as possible.

A number of files in the `content/` directory are either unlinked (and
therefore hidden) or would have contained a message (generated by a wiki
template) stating they were obsolete and pointing to the updated location.

 - Move the unlinked documents into guidelines so that they are at least
   accessible via the automatic list, link if a quick location can be
   found.
 - Remove the obsolete pages and update the links to point to the correct
   location.

The 19.03 release was released under the new versioning convention as
`v2019dev0`, point to this release and remove hanging 19.03 release

During conversion, when we hit a dangling reference to a page that didn't
exist, a placeholder was added for that page to allow Hugo to generate the
site. We now want to remove these pages.

 - Test cases: Replaced with "obsolete test" page.
 - Old bug links: Converted to broken link.
 - Link to specs removed.
 - Links to yet-to-be-created release notes removed.

We have further cases where we have both a `foo.md` an `foo/`. This results
in `food.md` being hidden. Move `foo.md` to `foo/_index.md` so that all
content is accessible, working on the assumption that the contents of
`foo/` are sub pages.

Rewrite links to the test cases for their actual location and remove links
to the now unusable templates. This allows the wiki category and templating
pages, which no longer function as expected as it's no longer a wiki.

The test case documentation is out-of-date, but rewriting this is out of
scope. See T6736.
