Busctl attempts to read from a number of /proc entries that the original
script didn't. This isn't an issue, so we allow it in the apparmor
config so as not to end up with extra DENIED apparmor messages in the
journal which will break the pattern matching.

Add run-aa-test

The script aa_log_extract_tokens.pl expects the format of the logs from
audit. As we don't have audit in the majority of our images and would like
to extract this information from the journal, remove this script and
replace with a shell function.

A number of tests use the script `run-aa-test`. Add the shell port of this
script to common so that it doesn't need to be replicated in multiple
places.

This script uses `aa_log_extract_tokens.pl`, so pull that into common too.

Move the converted run-aa-test script to the common directory. This script
is used by a number of tests, ensure this converted version is available
for others to use when the other tests are converted.
