Move run-aa-test to common

Move the converted run-aa-test script to the common directory. This script is used by a number of tests, ensure this converted version is available for others to use when the other tests are converted.

As I mentioned in mattermost I merged by mistake as I thought this merge request was for https://gitlab.apertis.org/tests/common. What you want is to add it to https://gitlab.apertis.org/tests/common and update the subtree in the test instead.

While on that please also check if aa_log_extract_tokens.pl is indeed shipped in the target (under /usr/bin) images and otherwise add it to common also and update run-aa-test accordingly.
