To make it easier to newcomers to have a high level overview about Apertis
create a new section "overview" to place useful documents.

After moving documents add aliases to avoid breaking external links. Also,
while doing that fix the formatting of aliases to be consistent across the
repo.

in subsections.

The presentations page is missing any presentations since 2017. Update the
page with known presentations that have been given since then and move to
architecture as these are high level descriptions relating to Apertis.
