- Add definitions for playing, stopped and paused,

Mentions of "target images" in this documents refer to "images made for
installation on target devices". As such, the word "target" shouldn't
use any special formatting when used in conjunction with "image" as it
could be misleading.

As Apertis has been evolving during many years we need to ensure that
documents reflect reality. For these reason, this proposal design a
process to ease the management of lifetime of documents.

Rename `minimal` to `fixedfunction` to reflects the "Fixed function device
scenario" from Apertis Platform Technical Vision.

Also replace references to `18.06` and `18.12` releases by `v2022` which
is the first release version providing `fixedfunction` images.

descriptive name, so the website must be updated accordingly.
