After dropping mildenhall application framework and switching to
agl-compositor and Flatpak much of the UI customization document has
little meaning. Since this document still covers several concepts keep
the conceptual part as a trampoline for further documentation.

When the TLS stack approach was implemented and documentation was updated,
the section describing the analysis was dropped to avoid confusions.

However, this section contains valuable information which is still useful,
so in order to keep it without changing the approach in the document add
it as an appendix.

Update gpl3_free_deltas after applying the strategies described on it
for several packages, such as cpio, diffutils, grep, gzip, sed and tar.

Since the issue is still present on releases earlier than v2023dev0
move the comments to a new section.

The licensing issues and replacement for coreutils-gplv2 are covered in a
specific document, so drop the mention in gpl3 free delta to avoid
confusions.

- Rewords some parts for clarity
- Mentions the Mildenhall widget and why it cannot trivially be
  repurposed
- Moves up some information on why Weston is not suitable as-is and

Instead of using git example, use gbp's

Our own tools, import-debian-package for example, all use
gbp-buildpackage as the intermediary than using git directly.

The other perk of using gbp-buildpackage is that it takes care of
nuances like .gitattributes and upstream debian/ folders.
