The conservative default is the same as ${libdir}, i.e. /usr/lib/MULTIARCH, but there's no real point in multiarch for most libexec binaries (in particular, for our tests) and it makes finding the tests a little harder. Signed-off-by:

Otherwise, we can't autobuild newport and tumbler on the same machine. tumbler specifically depends on libcurl4-gnutls-dev. libcurl4-nss-dev is still the preferred one for now, although it seems that the Mildenhall HMIs are the only things that depend on it, so we should maybe standardize on libcurl3-gnutls as our preferred implementation in future.
