Remove the Apertis-specific delta:

Drop deassuanise.patch which disabled GPLv3 dependency on libassuan
Restore preference of gnupg2 over gnupg1
Build Qt-based tools and libraries again

These changes could be safely reverted because gpgme no longer needs to be in the target section.
