                  apertis-dev-tools (0.2024.9) apertis; urgency=medium
                  * apertis-pkg-merge-updates: always add the 'Sync from $UPSTREAM' message.
                  This message is also required when a maintainer has to summarize
                  the remaining Apertis changes, but the maintainer has to manually add it.
                  Thus, instead always add this message to save their time.
