This update requires newer Weston 10. Do we want to update Weston too ?

For v2024dev1 we will have the rebase soon, and Debian Bookworm ships Weston 10, so that won't be an issue. However for older releases we need to be more careful.

Okay!! So I prepared this update against v2024dev1. And given we'll be rebasing soon, I'm going to leave this MR as is for now.

After the rebase, we'll have Weston 10 or 11 in. Then we can revisit this MR.

Or do we want an update of agl-compositor for the current versions ? That'll be backporting specific fixes to older releases.

This update is also related to infrastructure/apertis-issues#218 (closed)

So probably we should check if make sense to update to the latest version based on Weston 9 or try to cherry pick some fixes.

Let me check it and then we will discuss.
