fold-security-update-branches: Map packages and check history

This MR provides a bunch of improvements to the folding

Since some Debian source packages contain characters that are unfriendly to Gitlab add the support to map them. This approach is also used in:

https://gitlab.apertis.org/infrastructure/dashboard/-/blob/master/bin/classes.py?ref_type=heads#L10

Also, since some packages can have newer versions in updates and security, make the script smarter to handle them.
