Make folding pipeline more robust

Background

Currently the folding pipeline has some issues:

• It does not support packages that have a different repo name, as example ksh93u+m -> ksh93uxm
• It does not support changes in both updates and security

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the steps to reproduce and changing nothing?

Put the ✅ in the most appropriate entry:

1. always
2. ✅ often, but not always
3. rarely

Impact of bug

This issue push maintainers to do manual work which is error prone.
