Need to test the upgrade behavior on different architectures.
Enabled automatic tests of ostree and upgrade manager behavior for all
supported minimal images.

Not enabled rollback test for Arm64 and Amd64 yet since they have no
enabled bootcounter mechanism in bootloader.
