Run 'apt update' with sudo

Detlev Casanova requested to merge wip/detlev/at6366-fix-cross-compile-test into apertis/v2023dev3

The test is run on lava as a normal user. Therefore, apt update needs to be run as root for it to work.

This needs to be backported to v2022 and v2021
