Fix cleanup failure in case of empty repo

Denis Pynkin requested to merge d4s/helper-tools:wip/d4s/fixcleanup into master

In case if arch-dependent directory is absent the cleanup return error code 1 and stop the build. This fix allow to proceed further. Removed unneeded debug commands.
