Backport Cleanup systemd overlay file for malicious lib

The /run/systemd/system/geoclue.service.d/apertis-tests-temporary.conf systemd service overlay is not removed when malicious test fails, in this case further test will load the malicious library even if not expected.

Manually start geoclue demo agent:
The geoclue demo agent is started on login, which doesn't occur during package installation.
Both demo agent and where-am-i demo app should be started by the same user.
