Wifi services seem to work differently than ethernet. Because there is
no wifi configured in the LAVA environment, only run the test for
ethernet services.

test_technology_check_property fails with:
bin/connman-test.sh: 71: Invalid property TetheringFreq: not found

ConnMan adds a new property to its Technologies.

gdbus is no longer present on our images by default, modify the connman
test (which used gdbus a lot) to use busctl instead.

Connman test case was failing as Autoconnect was connecting the ethernet before the Connect method was called.
This caused the Error: Already connected which was making the test case fail.

Fix: Autoconnect property has been made false in the initial steps. This will allow the Connect method to work properly
and the property has been made true after the execution.
