Fix test_profile_parsing

When running run-test.sh --debug the following error is shown:

/sbin/apparmor_parser -Q /tmp/apparmor-basic-profiles/test-profiles/usr.lib.valid-profile
Failed setting up policy cache (/var/cache/apparmor): Permission denied
