Revert "Drop add repo test"

This reverts commit cafe99f1.

This change makes some test to fail as they still rely on development repos. This situation needs to be fixed before re applying this changes.

The tests that need to be moved/fixed are:

• apparmor-functional-demo (a)
• apparmor-session-lockdown-no-deny (a)
• apparmor-utils (a)
