Remove deploy of webpages

Walter Lozano requested to merge wip/wlozano/remove-deploy into apertis/v2023dev3

Now that QA Report App renders the test cases in its interface the deploy using apertis-test-cases-web is not longer needed.

Drop the deploy of this repo and also the deploy in forks to avoid confusions.
