Removal of bluez-setup and bluez-avrcp-volume

The above 2 tests are covered by the apparmor testcases and found to be redundant. They are now testing both the functionality and the apparmor profiles, where apparmor-bluez-setup test internally tests the functionality of bluez-setup and apparmor-bluez-avrcp-volume test internally tests functionality of bluez-avrcp-volume test.
