tiny: use URL to ospack passed by LAVA

Use the passed URL to Tiny RFS rather than re-construct the URL with script hardcoded function. This allows to test the RFS prepared in users GIT branches.

Should be applied after infrastructure/tiny-image-recipes!57 (merged)
