Fix issues with appstreamcli compose being more strict

With the update of ci-flatdeb-builder in infrastructure/ci-flatdeb-builder!21 (merged), we use a more recent version of flatpak-builder (and appstreamcli) which are now more strict. They now complain for new issues that are fixed in this MR.
