+  * Merge from Debian buster. Remaining Apertis changes:
+    - debian/control: do not build-deps on libblockdev-part-dev.
+    - debian/control: do not depends on libblockdev-part2, parted.
+    - debian/control: recommends on parted.
+    - 0001-Hack-disable-blockdev-part-usage.patch: libblockdev-part uses
+      libparted which is GPLv3. Drop the usage of that functionality which
+      practically disable the ability to format and create partitions.
+    - debian/rules: call debhelper with autoreconf.
+    - debian/apertis/: Apertis GitLab CI metadata.
