Add environment variable bootcount_devpart to configure the device and partition for bootcounter file
Add Apertis-related configuration.
Add fix for stable EMMC work.
Several patches taken from https://github.com/ayufan-rock64/linux-mainline-u-boot

WIP: SPL could not boot yet the U-Boot stored in SPI.
