Update PStore command patch from patch sent upstream

Even if the patches has been rejected upstream, there's been some improvement during the upstream review process allowing to pass PStore setup from U-Boot to Kernel, which greatly simplifies usage.
This allows to configure PStore parameters only in U-Boot.
