Update extlinux rollback configuration

Since upstream provided the same rollback mechanism we dropped own patch 0004-Ability-to-modify-distro-boot-filename.patch.

Current patch adopt the altboot command for using upstream mechanism with proper variable and path to extlinux-rollback.conf.
