Drop keras build dependency

This is not available in Apertis, let's just drop it as the build system won't complaint about its abcense.

• Dropping keras pkg allows us to drop all the keras* pkgs. Moreover, we can drop theano, which is failing.

• pydot can also be dropped.

Tested on my home OBS branch.
