Draft: Remove meson patches

Vignesh Raman requested to merge wip/vignesh/revert-meson-patches-v2022 into apertis/v2022-updates

Remove meson patches which fixes build error with updated meson. These patches are required only if meson version is updated to 0.61. In v2022 we have meson 0.56, so we can drop these patches.
