Update from debian/sid for apertis/v2025dev2

The current version of strace in v2025dev2 is too old (6.5) compared to the linux version (6.7) since both need to be in sync otherwise strace fails to build.

Since strace 6.7 was not packaged in Debian, we have two options: either we patch the current version 6.5 or we import a new version of strace. And because the linux version in v2025 won't stick at 6.7 but will be the next LTS, I think the best option here is to import a new version of strace instead of trying to patch it.
