testLibKetamaWeightedCompatLibmemcached was disabled since this test was failing in Apertis OBS because the first hostname associated to 127.0.0.1 is not matching 'localhost'.

This issue is been reported in debian and fixed. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=990278

The fix is available in Apertis OBS. So do not disable the failing test.
