Skip dh_setup_copyright stage

The stage dh_setup_copyright now performs several additional task, such mapping source files to files shipped in packages to improve the SBOM. Unfortunately this process takes long time in big packages like this one, causing OBS to kill the process.

To avoid the issue, and since this process has little value for this package skip dh_setup_copyright using nodwarf2sources in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.

The name nodwarf2sources comes from a previous version, but probably should be renamed.
