Refresh update-dep.diff to match package versions from Bookworm

rust-uucore was removed from Debian and won't be part of Bookworm, but we need to build rust-findutils (also missing in Debian). Since rust packages were updated since Bullseye, we have to adapt dependencies of rust-uucore to the versions available in Bookworm to avoid unresolvable dependencies.
