The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Add branch for gitlab ci metadata
The package-builder pipelines builds the source package and then submit to OBS. We add this to convert Apertis-specific "upstream" packages to the GitLab-to-OBS machinery to keep only single workflow for all apertis packages on our Apertis GitLab.
