T5994: Updated changelog to reflect canges in python test

rhosydd-tests got updated as per VISS model and got merged https://gitlab.apertis.org/pkg/target/rhosydd/-/merge_requests/18 But changelog is missed and so changes are not reflected in the image. Debain Changelog updated in this MR to reflect the rhosydd-tests changes in the package.
