Install script is aimed for kernel/initramfs setup, however in Apertis
we don't boot the kernel directly from `config.txt` file but use
U-Boot bootloader.
So by disabling the install/remove scripts we avoid the copying of
unneded files to firmware partition and incorrect boot configuration.
