+      Currently several ruby packages depends on packages provided by rails

+      general), mainly for build tests. However, building the whole rails
+      requires several dependencies to be pulled to development.

+      As a trade off build only the packages which provide support for building
+      others and drop the build of rails and ruby-rails which require many
+      more additional packages.

+      This option if preferred, since it provides a delta in only one package
