Disable tests
There are multiple test failures seen, clientSSL test - https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/bookworm/amd64/qtremoteobjects-everywhere-src.html Random failures seen with tst_Integration, tst_Integration_MultiProcess, tst_Server_Process, tst_modelreplicatest
So disable the tests for now.
