WIP: Proposed updates/debian/bullseye/d271dc85

Pyyaml 5 is not fully backwards-compatible with Pyyaml 3, and while it’s been mostly fixed in Bullseye, we don’t have the capacity to backport those changes to the Buster-based Apertis.

This means it cannot be landed now.

This merge request exists purely for the purpose of stopping anyone who’d otherwise attempt to merge it.
