T7757: Skip generation of libopenjpip-server
Package libopenjpip-server requires spawn-fcgi as runtime dependency which is not present in Apertis causing a failure when it is installed.
Since libopenjpip-server is not required in Apertis skip its generation, to avoid the issue.
