Add dependency on gnome-settings-daemon-common

Without the gst schema available, it results in the following error:

user@apertis:~$ DISPLAY=:0.0 /usr/bin/mildenhall-compositor --nested --wayland
(mildenhall-compositor:5577): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: 09:32:57.605: Settings schema 'org.gnome.settings-daemon.peripherals.touchscreen' is not installed
