arm64: dts: Remi Pi: Cleanup board dts

Most of these dts nodes were copy-pasted from the RZ/G2L reference SOM dts.

Let's add back the nodes later.

This is just enough to make the MyIR Remi Pi booting and start Weston displayed on the HDMI output.
