Merge kernel updates to apertis/v2023-updates

Merge kernel, CSI and MAX96714F deserializer driver updates back to apertis/v2023-updates so that product teams can take advantage of them.

Awaiting CI and QA testing from apertis/v2024dev1, hence draft.

Required manual merge due to changes to v2023 tree.
