Apertis v2023 is supposed to be being released with v6.1 kernel as this is the latest LTS release. It is currently using a v6.0 kernel, which is not an LTS release and will not be supported anything like long enough by the upstream kernel community.

Update the v2023 kernel to v6.1.4.
