MR !190 (merged) updated apertis/v2023dev3 from debian bullseye backports, but wrongly removed the linux-perf hook scripts. This is making the apertis recipes to fail on v2023dev3, so let's quickly re-add them.

Please note that a follow up is needed so the ./debian/apertis/update-metadata doesn't remove these linux-perf files by mistake.
